Health in Fokus from Patient History trough Treatment

As we get a patients case data we start our case management process. It is roughly broken down in some essential phases:
1. Review of patient data and case history.
2. Defining a preliminary treatment plan and cost sheet.
3. Coordinating the further approach with our patients or the patient’s management.
4. After getting the required approvals for the treatment plan as well as the administrative go from our patient services, we finalise all requirements for the treatment plan.
5. In case there is an additional requirement for treatment or therapy our case management will communicate an amended plan with the patient for approval and necessary arrangements.
All steps are documented and made available transparently in our systems.

At Preventicum, an expert team of 12 professors and specialists work hand-in-hand, enabling us to clarify a wide variety of medical issues comprehensively and efficiently without long waiting times for the patient.
Treatment is provided by our own professors for internal medicine, cardio-vascular, gastrointestinal and radiology with the most modern equipment. Our network of partnering clinics work hand-in-hand with us for orthopaedic, oncological and neurolo-surgical treatments.

Making treatment sustained success is the core area of expertise of GETiCS. Preparing orthopaedic patients for the operation and following up with post-treatment restoration of our patients ability to move and return to their daily lives.
At GETiCS an experienced team of movement and sports professionals diagnose our patients in a state-of-the art laboratory. Their recommendation set the baseline for our physiotherapist and trainers.
Therapy is provided for a wie range of conditions including, preventive therapy, paediatric, motion, scoliosis, gyrotonic-training as well as therapy for orthotic patients.

Prof. Dr. med. Baumgart

Prof. Dr. med. Baumgart

Prof. Baumgart is an internationally recognised internist and cardiologist. He previously headed the cardiac catheterisation laboratory at Essen University Hospital.

Prof. Baumgart is the author of numerous medical publications and books and is also active as a reviewer.

He is a member of the European Society of Cardiology and the Scientific Advisory Board of the International Prevention Organization (IPO). He regularly holds lectures on issues in cardiology and preventive medicine at national and international conferences and symposia.

Dr. med. Kai Kisielinski

Medical specialist for orthopaedics and trauma surgery, special trauma surgery, emergency medicine, social medicine.

After completing his dissertation at the RHTW Aachen, awarded with the Borchers plaque, Kai went on to research resulting in numerous publications and patents.
Following the research period Kai worked as a clinical surgeon for eight years. He is still in research and also an expert advisor for medical and socio-medical issues for government agencies.
